Hotels are so dull to me, and when I wanted to plan a few days with someone special this just seemed perfect, and you know what? It was! The home was even better than the website pictures, so clean and well presented...I have told everyone I can about it, and will use this service whenever I can.

We felt welcome, comfortable, and in-the-know staying in the apartment rather than a hotel. The apartment was stylish and comfortable and I've recommended onefinestay to anyone who'll listen - it was so much better than a hotel in so many ways.

The property we rented was wonderful for young children and it was so nice of the owners to have left some toys and a high chair out for us. This really made a huge difference.

I can't tell you how happy I am that your website was recommended to me. Apart from the apartment being fantastic for our needs, the whole onefinestay experience was a sensational one. From the person waiting to greet us, to the beautiful welcome pack, Guestbook, beautiful toiletries, abundance of large fluffy bath towels, maid service and in particular the iPhone. I know that sounds a little ridiculous but seriously, it saved me so much time trying to organise a phone myself and the extra apps on there for the local area were such an enormous help. I thought our whole experience from finding the right place for our stay through to departure was first class. Kudos to the whole team - every one I interacted with remotely or live was just a pleasure and the epitome of what service should really mean. Am already recommending you all over the place and for sure will use it again for an upcoming trip later this year to NY. Open up in some other cities!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was nice to stay in a neighborhood off the beaten tourist track, and really get a feel for New York. The city felt much more accessible this way. We will keep you in mind for our next NYC visit and an upcoming London trip.

I was really pleased with my stay. I felt like I was receiving 5* hotel customer service even though I was in somebody's home. The house was clean and comfy. The beds were great, best nights sleep in months! Good work!

My husband and I were overly impressed with one fine stay, the apartment was fantastic, great location and had everything we needed. Although we didn't need to contact one fine stay during our holiday, the overall service they provided was excellent, I would definitely recommend them to friends and family! Use of the iPhone, was brilliant, really useful for us to get around New York and find things to do etc.... Great holiday!
