We’re there to meet you when you arrive, the beds are made with pristine sheets, and towels and toiletries are taken care of to our exacting standards. You’ll also get an iPhone with free local calls, unlimited data, and packed with area recommendations.
During your stay we’ll make weekly visits to clean, and our local team is available 24/7 if you need us.

We have a local, multi-lingual team in Los Angeles, at your disposal to give you whatever info you need about our homes or neighbourhoods. And then we’ll be available right through your stay, happy to help.
Terms that suit you
Unlike lots of short-term rental services, we don’t charge a fee for finding you the right home, make you sign a lease, or ask you to provide all sorts of documents and bank statements. (We will confirm your identity when you arrive, but a passport or driving licence does the trick).
There’s no paperwork to complete, and pricing is all inclusive – with special monthly rates available. And if things are going so well you want to extend your stay, we’ll be as happy as you are.
