What started in Greg's sitting room as a shared idea to change the way people travel has grown into an innovative and successful business with offices in major cities around the globe. Today our founders are still an active part of a global team who have the nous and know-how to take onefinestay on to the world's stage.

  • Evan Frank

    Show bio

    Prior to co-founding onefinestay Evan was co-founder and CEO of iwantBOX.com, an e-commerce menswear brand. Previously he was a Director at Kennet Partners, a technology growth equity fund based in London and Silicon Valley. And prior to that, Evan worked at boutique technology investment bank Broadview (now part of Jefferies) in New York. Evan has a BBA from University of Michigan Business School.

  • Keyvan Nilforoushan

    Deputy CEO

    Prior to joining onefinestay, Keyvan was Managing Partner at NextStage, a leading French venture and growth capital fund. During his nine years there, he led numerous investments and assisted portfolio companies on a large swath of issues such as operations, recruiting and finance, and his activity led to it being recognised in 2010 as the most active French venture capital firm. He previously worked at Axa in Hong Kong. Keyvan holds an Advanced MSc in Science and Engineering from École Polytechnique in Paris, and a Master of Science in Economics from ENSAE.

  • Alexandra Rethore

    Group Vice President Operations, Sales & Expansion

    Previous to joining onefinestay, Alex was Director of Operations at Rent the Runway, a high-growth fashion rental business that aspires to democratise access to luxury dresses and accessories. She has also served as a Vice President, Business Manager at Christie’s auction house in New York and previously held supervisory roles with the industrial supply distributor McMaster-Carr Supply Company and Thea Westreich Art Advisory Services. Alex holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated with Distinction from Yale University.

  • Hervé Deligny

    Group Vice President Finance

    Hervé joined onefinestay from AccorHotels UK where he was COO for HotelInvest, the property and investment arm of AccorHotels, covering a portfolio of 97 hotels in the UK. He also acted as the Chief Financial Officer and a company director for AccorHotels UK. Prior to that, Hervé held management positions in Finance with AccorHotels in both London and Paris. Hervé started his career in Audit at Price Waterhouse Coopers. He holds a Master’s Degree in Audit from Paris V Descartes and a Masters Degree in Finance from Paris IX Dauphine.

  • Jason McGrath

    Vice President Americas
    Show bio

    Before joining onefinestay, Jason was a Regional Operations Manager at McMaster-Carr Supply Company, an industrial supply distributor that specialises in same-day delivery. Over his six years with the business, he directed strategic planning and forecasting for receiving and shipping departments that serviced the western United States and Mexico and was responsible for leading all West Coast sales operations. Jason holds a BSE in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

  • Sathya Smith

    Vice President Technology

    Sathya is a senior technologist experienced in building products that enable businesses to scale. Sathya joins onefinestay after spending 11 years at Google in both the US and the UK in a variety of roles on multiple Google Products, including YouTube, Google Play and Maps. Prior to Google, Sathya was a Network Engineer at NetScaler, which was eventually bought by Citrix Systems. Sathya started her career as a Software Engineer at Ericsson and earned her BEng in Computer Engineering from Concordia University, Montreal.

  • Clara Audry

    Director of Supply, Europe
    Show bio

    Previous to joining onefinestay, Clara spent five years at NextStage, a leading French venture and growth capital fund where she contributed to the launch of a new line of investment funds targeting retail investors. She executed and monitored many investments in early- and growth-stage companies, notably in the software, consulting and digital media sectors. She previously worked as a Business Analyst in Air France's indirect sales department focusing on commercial relations with the airline's distributors. Clara holds an MSc in Finance from Audencia Business School, and is CIIA-certified.

  • Michael Klein

    Director of Commercial, Americas
    Show bio

    Before joining onefinestay, Michael spent three years on the technology investment team at Canaan Partners, the venture capital firm behind Match.com and Lending Club, where he worked on over ten investments representing $300 million. Previously he worked in technology investment banking at ThinkEquity. He holds a BS from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

  • Miranda Cresswell

    Director of Brand Marketing

    Miranda has been in digital strategy and brand development for over 15 years, working in luxury, media and entertainment. Prior to joining onefinestay, Miranda was part of the global e-commerce and digital strategy team at Ralph Lauren where she developed global merchandising and marketing programs across the company's family of over 20 brands. Prior to this, Miranda launched and ran a new digital content portfolio for BBC Worldwide in New York, and had a lead role on the development team for HBO GO – the groundbreaking streaming service from Home Box Office. Miranda holds a First Class honours degree in Social Policy from Bristol University.

  • Joe Tinston

    Director of eCommerce & CRM

    Joe joins onefinestay from eBay, where he was accountable for enhancing cross-border trade on its European platform. Previously, he was Head of Strategy and a member of the leadership team of Tesco's General Merchandise business. Joe started his career as a consultant with OC&C Strategy Consultants. He holds an MA in Economics from Cambridge University and an MPhil in Economics from Oxford University.

  • Lenny Beckerman-Rodau

    Director of Global Guest Sales

    Previous to joining onefinestay, Lenny was General Manager at ZeroCater, the largest corporate catering service in the United States. Before that he spent eight years in four continents planning and delivering some of the world's largest sporting events: the Olympics, the Rugby World Cup, National Football League fixtures, the Commonwealth Games and the US Open Tennis Championships. He graduated in Mathematical Business Economics from Hofstra University and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

  • Sarah Dudley

    Director of Global Partner Sales
    Show bio

    Sarah joins onefinestay from London-based travel company TravelSupermarket where she headed up the commercial sales function to monetise a new website build. She brings 15 years of sales and marketing experience from Skype, American Express, Citigroup and European airline easyJet. Sarah holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of the West of England.

  • Andy Batty

    General Manager, London
    Show bio

    Andy joined onefinestay from Tough Mudder where he was European Operations Director responsible for delivering numerous large scale events and leading their expansion into non-English speaking markets. Prior to this he held operations roles with AnyJunk (the UK’s largest on-demand waste removal service) and Mars Chocolate, which was where he set up a direct-to-consumer business and got addicted to the startup buzz. Andy trained in mechanical engineering and started his career in the British Army, rising to the rank of Captain.



  • Dave Rubio

    Director of Operations, Miami

    Dave joined the New York onefinestay team back in August 2012. As Head of Core Operations New York, he played a major role in building the operation for our first US city and in quickly scaling the team - from building out a rapidly growing warehouse to setting up the logistics team. Before joining onefinestay, Dave worked with a European high fashion retailer – opening US stores, buying merchandise for the American market and recruiting outstanding local talent.

  • Megha Garg

    General Manager, New York

    Before joining onefinestay, Megha worked with several early-stage ventures across various fields, including hospitality, consumer good and education technology. She also brings experience from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she was involved with client acquisition. Megha holds a BA in Economics & Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University.



  • Arthur Schulz

    General Manager, Paris

    Arthur was most recently co-founder & partner at Green On, a B-to-B, sustainable mobility service provider. Before that, he worked as a consultant on industrial and energy projects for top-tier European companies at the Boston Consulting Group in Paris. Arthur started his career as a Supply Chain Project Leader at ArjoWiggins Fine Papers, in the UK, France and China. Arthur has an MSc degree from the École des Mines de Paris (Mines ParisTech).



  • Federico Oneto

    General Manager, Rome
    Show bio

    Before joining onefinestay, Federico was involved with organising the Universal Exposition in Milan (Expo Milano 2015), where he successfully designed and managed Logistics and Supply Chain operations, earning recognition as Italy’s Logistics Manager of the Year. His previous roles include Supply Chain Director in Johnson & Johnson and senior positions in Poste Italiane (Italy’s postal services provider) and Procter & Gamble. Since 2010, Federico has been the Secretary General of the Freight Leaders Council, a prominent logistics association. He holds a BA in Electrical Engineering from the University of Genoa.
