What started in Greg's sitting room as a shared idea to change the way people travel has grown into an innovative and successful business with offices in major cities around the globe. Today our founders are still an active part of a global team who have the nous and know-how to take onefinestay on to the world's stage.

  • Greg Marsh

    Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

    Prior to founding onefinestay in 2009, Greg spent three years on the technology investment team at Index Ventures, the venture capital firm behind Skype and MySQL. Previously he had management roles in operations, business development and product development at logistics marketplace start-up GF‑X, latterly as the firm’s Product Manager. Greg has an MA from Christ’s College, Cambridge, and an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School where he was a Fulbright Scholar and graduated top of his class. He also works with Amnesty International and is elected to the charity’s Finance and Audit Committee.

  • Demetrios Zoppos

    Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

    Before founding onefinestay in 2009, Demetrios was founding CEO of GradFutures, a web community site. Previously he was co-founder, Operations Director and Managing Director of GF‑X, the leading trading exchange for airfreight capacity, which raised £50m, and was acquired by Descartes. Demetrios was a consultant at McKinsey & Co. where he specialised in e-commerce, and was an associate at the World Bank. He earned his MA with First Class honours in Economics from Robinson College, Cambridge, and his MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, where he was a Fulbright Scholar.

  • Nick Ruotolo

    President & Chief Commercial Officer

    Nick joins onefinestay from his most recent role as CMO at Cleverbug. Prior to that he was President of Vistaprint Europe, where revenues grew from $150m to over $1bn during his seven-year tenure, propelling it to become one of the top 25 e-commerce companies in North America. Nick earned his BS in Managerial Economics from Carnegie Mellon University.

  • Tom Singer

    Chief Financial Officer

    Tom is an experienced CFO and COO at both public and private equity-backed companies. He joins onefinestay from his most recent role as CFO at InterContinental Hotels. Prior to that Tom was Group Finance Director at BUPA, COO and CFO at William Hill, and Group Finance Director at Moss Bros. Tom started his career in accountancy with PwC and strategy consulting with McKinsey.

  • Dan Atkinson

    Dan is an accomplished international HR and Commercial leader who joins onefinestay from eBay Inc where he held various roles including HR Director EMEA. He has over 20 years of experience with both early stage digital enterprises experiencing rapid growth and expansion, and notable global brands undergoing major transformation including LEGO Company and AstraZeneca. Dan started his career in management consulting with Andersen and Mercer, after earning his Masters from Queens' College, Cambridge.

  • Alexandra Rethore

    Group Vice President Sales, Service Operations & Expansion

    Previous to joining onefinestay, Alex was Director of Operations at Rent the Runway, a high-growth fashion rental business that aspires to democratise access to luxury dresses and accessories. She has also served as a Vice President, Business Manager at Christie’s auction house in New York and previously held supervisory roles with the industrial supply distributor McMaster-Carr Supply Company and Thea Westreich Art Advisory Services. Alex holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated with Distinction from Yale University.

  • Sathya Smith

    Vice President Technology

    Sathya is a senior technologist experienced in building products that enable businesses to scale. Sathya joins onefinestay after spending 11 years at Google in both the US and the UK in a variety of roles on multiple Google Products, including YouTube, Google Play and Maps. Prior to Google, Sathya was a Network Engineer at NetScaler, which was eventually bought by Citrix Systems. Sathya started her career as a Software Engineer at Ericsson and earned her BEng in Computer Engineering from Concordia University, Montreal.

  • Keyvan Nilforoushan

    Vice President Europe

    Prior to joining onefinestay, Keyvan was Managing Partner at NextStage, a leading French venture and growth capital fund. During his nine years there, he led numerous investments and assisted portfolio companies on a large swath of issues such as operations, recruiting and finance, and his activity led to it being recognised in 2010 as the most active French venture capital firm. He previously worked at Axa in Hong Kong. Keyvan holds an Advanced MSc in Science and Engineering from École Polytechnique in Paris, and a Master of Science in Economics from ENSAE.

  • Evan Frank

    Co-Founder & Vice President Americas

    Evan was co-founder and CEO of iwantBOX.com, an e-commerce menswear brand. Previously he was a Director at Kennet Partners, a technology growth equity fund based in London and Silicon Valley. Prior to that, Evan worked at boutique technology investment bank Broadview (now part of Jefferies) in New York. Evan has a BBA from University of Michigan Business School.

  • Miranda Cresswell

    Director of Brand Marketing

    Miranda has been in digital strategy and brand development for over 15 years, working in luxury, media and entertainment. Prior to joining onefinestay, Miranda was part of the global e-commerce and digital strategy team at Ralph Lauren where she developed global merchandising and marketing programs across the company's family of over 20 brands. Prior to this, Miranda launched and ran a new digital content portfolio for BBC Worldwide in New York, and had a lead role on the development team for HBO GO – the groundbreaking streaming service from Home Box Office. Miranda holds a First Class honours degree in Social Policy from Bristol University.

  • Clara Audry

    Director of Supply, Europe

    Previous to joining onefinestay, Clara spent five years at NextStage, a leading French venture and growth capital fund where she contributed to the launch of a new line of investment funds targeting retail investors. She executed and monitored many investments in early- and growth-stage companies, notably in the software, consulting and digital media sectors. She previously worked as a Business Analyst in Air France's indirect sales department focusing on commercial relations with the airline's distributors. Clara holds an MSc in Finance from Audencia Business School, and is CIIA-certified.

  • Michael Klein

    Director of Business Development, Americas

    Before joining onefinestay, Michael spent three years on the technology investment team at Canaan Partners, the venture capital firm behind Match.com and Lending Club, where he worked on over ten investments representing $300 million. Previously he worked in technology investment banking at ThinkEquity. He holds a BS from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

  • Lenny Beckerman-Rodau

    Director of Global Guest Sales

    Previous to joining onefinestay, Lenny was General Manager at ZeroCater, the largest corporate catering service in the United States. Before that he spent eight years in four continents planning and delivering the world's largest events: the Olympics, the Rugby World Cup, National Football League fixtures, the Commonwealth Games and the US Open Tennis Championships. He graduated in Mathematical Business Economics from Hofstra University and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

  • Patrik Bergareche

    Head of New Markets

    Patrik‘s experience spans across Europe, Africa and the US. Previous to joining onefinestay, he spent five years working at Google, where most recently he was responsible for business strategy and operations in sub-Saharan Africa. During his tenure, both Nigeria and Kenya opened commercial operations. Patrik started his career at PwC, first as an auditor and then as a strategy consultant. He graduated in Business from ICADE University in Madrid and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

  • Andy Batty

    General Manager, London

    Andy joined onefinestay from Tough Mudder where he was European Operations Director responsible for delivering numerous large scale events and leading their expansion into non-English speaking markets. Prior to this he held operations roles with AnyJunk (the UK’s largest on-demand waste removal service) and Mars Chocolate, which was where he set up a direct-to-consumer business and got addicted to the startup buzz. Andy trained in mechanical engineering and started his career in the British Army, rising to the rank of Captain.

  • Jason McGrath

    General Manager, Los Angeles
    Show bio

    Before joining onefinestay, Jason was a Regional Operations Manager at McMaster-Carr Supply Company, an industrial supply distributor that specialises in same-day delivery. Over his six years with the business, he directed strategic planning and forecasting for receiving and shipping departments that serviced the western United States and Mexico and was responsible for leading all West Coast sales operations. Jason holds a BSE in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.


New York

  • Melissa Baird

    General Manager, New York
    Show bio

    Melissa was formerly Vice President of Product and Operations for Bonobos, a men's clothing line focused on fit and a pioneer of the eCommerce meets brick-and-mortar shopping experience. Previously, she was at mom-focused flash-sale site, Zulily, where she took their supply chain in-house by building and scaling their fulfilment centres to over 100,000 packages per day. Melissa started her career as a molecular geneticist, winning a Congressional Award for her research at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. She has a BS in biological sciences from the University of Missouri.



  • Arthur Schulz

    General Manager, Paris

    Arthur was most recently co-founder & partner at Green On, a B-to-B, sustainable mobility service provider. Before that, he worked as a consultant on industrial and energy projects for top-tier European companies at the Boston Consulting Group in Paris. Arthur started his career as a Supply Chain Project Leader at ArjoWiggins Fine Papers, in the UK, France and China. Arthur has an MSc degree from the École des Mines de Paris (Mines ParisTech).



  • Federico Oneto

    General Manager, Rome
    Show bio

    Before joining onefinestay, Federico was involved with organising the Universal Exposition in Milan (Expo Milano 2015), where he successfully designed and managed Logistics and Supply Chain operations, earning recognition as Italy’s Logistics Manager of the Year. His previous roles include Supply Chain Director in Johnson & Johnson and senior positions in Poste Italiane (Italy’s postal services provider) and Procter & Gamble. Since 2010, Federico has been the Secretary General of the Freight Leaders Council, a prominent logistics association. He holds a BA in Electrical Engineering from the University of Genoa.
