Up on the fifth level is yet another dining space, ideal for large groups who want to spread out.
Here at Waverly Place, you’ll have the choice between not one, not two, but three sitting rooms. From the colourful upholstery to the gallery-worthy walls, each is a joy to spend time in. The main sitting room, set on the fifth level, is truly magnificent. Grand, yet so incredibly inviting, even with its soaring 24-foot ceilings, you’ll look forward to curling up on the silky sofa every night. Overlooking it is a snug lounge space, offering a cosy spot to sit and savour some peace and quiet.
The main bedroom is a sight to behold, with a four-poster king-sized bed, and an adjoining lounge space set around a large marble fireplace. In the private ensuite, a large freestanding bath awaits for a sumptuous evening soak.
The second, third, and fourth bedrooms are just as generously proportioned, complete with ensuite bathrooms for each guest and divided between the home’s fourth and fifth levels.The final bedroom is located on the lowest level of the home.
Boasting awe-inspiring views of the Empire State Building, the two-level roof deck offers stunning sights from sunrise to late evening, when the city skyline becomes a sparkling display of twinkling lights. Equipped with a barbecue and plenty of comfy outdoor seating, it’s a fabulous spot for laid-back lunches together.
