Attunga Lodge is a large family residence of luxury and beauty. Set on over 1,100sqm in one of Sydney's desirable upmarket Eastern Suburbs. The home is hidden from the world behind a high perimeter fence, very rare for this area. Five bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and swimming pool. Will accommodate up to 7 people.

This substantial home is inside a private, gated garden featuring a swimming pool surrounded by vast gardens. The homes classic contemporary style of blue tones is consistent through the multiple living area and bedrooms. Two very spacious living areas on the ground floor, the first with a small office to the side and spiral stair case and views to the outdoor garden and pool. The kitchen features a large central island bench equipped with all modern appliances. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet with new En-suite and ladies shoe closet. The second bedroom has its own ensuite too and is adjacent to the study. The third bedroom is located on the third floor by itself. There is parking for 4 cars.

Household linen, kitchen and bath towels are provided. The beds will be freshly made up before you arrive. A weekly cleaning service is included, as is a complete house cleaning upon departure. You’ll also have some surprises in store to welcome you: you’ll find toiletries in the bathrooms and a little gourmet gift basket in the kitchen. Other services are also available on demand when you reserve.

Attunga Lodge is located in Woollahra, Sydney. It's only a short walk to an array of boutique shops located in Double Bay and the large Bondi Junction shopping centre. Only 4 Kms away is Sydney's Centenial Park 220 hectare, which often holds events, such as the Moonlight Cinemas during the warmer months. Local markets are held weekly in nearby Paddington. There is also famous Sydney sight seeing attractions within close proximity such as The Harbour Bridge, Opera House and Sydney Tower.

Policies

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
