And inside Brooks Avenue II you’ll find your surroundings are just as easy-going, a grand walnut kitchen and patterned rugs recalling the swinging ‘60s. But it's far from outmoded. Sail across its four floors and you’ll also find contemporary white fireplaces, chrome bar stools and vibrant travel posters. With three airy bedrooms there’s room for the whole gang to groove, or if you’d prefer to take your monkeyshines further afield, the bars and restaurants of vibrant Abbot Kinney are within an easy stroll. Hang ten Your hosts are a tubular twosome who divide their time between LA, London and New York. Their collection of travel posters attests to their wanderlust, though they’re happiest when California dreamin’. All summer long The scooped plastic Eames chairs of the dining table and bedroom perpetuate the ‘60s motion, while wooden floors speak of the rolling dunes. In the bedrooms, splashes of colour come from bright rugs and framed vintage posters, while the master bathroom’s freestanding bath holds Jacuzzi jet surprises. Catch waves or rays at the nearby beach, and when the surf’s out return home to the communal, vertical firepit in the outdoor entertainment area with its cheerful, orange-topped wicker seating.

  • This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.

  • The patio pictured is shared with the rest of the apartment block.

  • While babies in arms are welcome, please, no children under 12 in this home.

  • Since the onefinestay photo shoot, the hosts have purchased a TV for the living room. It does not have Cable but you will have access to Apple TV and Netflix.

  • Since the onefinestay photo shoot, the master bedroom has been updated with a king sized bed.

  • There is a double bed in the third bedroom. It can sleep two people, but is more comfortable for one.

  • There is a twin sized day bed on the entrance level of the home which can be set up for one person. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

  • There is one large designated parking space in a private garage under this home for a guest vehicle.

  • The minimum stay length for this home is 30 nights.

Policies

  • Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here.

  • Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

  • I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a $1,500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

  • Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

  • Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
