Formerly owned by a band member of Blur, this one bedroom, one bathroom home is cool and contemporary. The décor is stylish, with clean lines and white walls. You're centrally located, just north of Soho, so you can reach the bright lights of Theatreland after a ten-minute stroll through Chinatown, or visit the British Museum, to which you can walk in just seven minutes. Once you’ve explored your surrounds, make for the roof terrace, pull up a pew on the al fresco furniture and gaze across the iconic city skyline.
Back inside, the living space has dark wood flooring and a deep, graphite sofa, or sit at the glass desk – well-lit, with an angle lamp. The kitchen can be found at the back of the home, resplendent in marble and chrome and a range of modern appliances. Next door, there's a large bedroom, where a beige shag pile rug lies beneath the double bed. The huge ensuite is similarly high-end, with stone floor tiles, a massive walk-in shower and a heated towel rack.
This home is on the fifth floor and there is no elevator in the building.
Some street noise can be heard from inside the home, especially in the living room as it faces the road.
There is no longer a television in the bedroom.
The spiral staircase that allows access to the roof terrace is extremely narrow.
There is no dining table in this home.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
