Crisp colours, graceful furnishings and a garden – it’s no wonder this home feels refreshing. You enter into a hallway, where the second bedroom (prettily decorated in grey and white) is first on the left. There’s also a bathroom and a nursery along here, plus the master bedroom. The latter has a velvet bed, a smart sitting area with an ornamental fireplace and a skylit ensuite.

Then to the right of the entrance there’s the pastel-painted office, which neighbours the dining room (dark grey, with a long table). That leads into the kitchen, beyond which you’ll come to the sitting room. It’s an elegant room, made cosy by two snug sofas and a collection of books, and it also opens into the back garden. As well as a pool and a shady sitting and dining nook, there’s a separate guesthouse here, where you’ll find a double bed, a serene sitting area and an ensuite bathroom.

There is currently construction taking place across the street. Please enquire with a reservation specialist when booking.

The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.

There is no satellite or cable in the home, though there is Apple TV and a DVD player in the sitting room.

This home has a swimming pool accessible via the back door without a fence. The pool can be heated for an additional cost per day.

There is a day bed in the nursery which can be set up for one person. There is also a murphy bed in the office which can be set up to sleep two people. There is no wardrobe in the office so we will provide a hanging rail for storage. Please let us know when you book if you would like either of these beds prepared.

The third bedroom in this home is located in the separate guest house.

There is space for one vehicle inside the garage of the home and two additional parking spaces in the driveway.

Policies

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
