In the heart of trendy Chelsea, West 17th Townhouse II is pretty fashionable itself. Entering at street level you’ll find the dining room on the right, where six can sit at a table with gilded legs. Straight ahead, the kitchen has bottle-green cabinets, and there’s a burnt-orange sofa and an assortment of chairs in the sitting room, which leads out to the patio. Up a floor, the second sitting room wears a more traditional look, from the stately ornamental fireplace to the dark wooden bookcases.
Also on this level you’ll find the retro office, as well as the second bedroom – with a queen-size bed and a marbled white ensuite. The third bedroom, up again, has red-patterned wallpaper and a dark green ensuite, and there’s another, larger ensuite in the master bedroom, past a hallway of wardrobes. As for the top floor, it has a playroom, a bathroom, and three more bedrooms – two with a single bed each, one with a bunk bed.
The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.
The WiFi speed in this home supports high usage for 3-4 users at a time. This includes basic functions plus more than one high-demand application running at the same time.
The curtains in the bedrooms do not completely block out daylight.
This home has a kitchenette which is not pictured. We'll be taking photographs soon.
The bunk bed in the fifth bedroom will comfortably sleep one adult on the bottom single, and has room for an additional adult on the top bunk.
This home has a basement studio apartment that is separated from the main house by a door with deadbolts on both sides. Though guests staying in the studio apartment will share the back garden space, they will not have access to the main portion of the home.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
