On the ground floor, the colourful living room is welcoming with retro furniture and a grand marble fireplace. But the hues soften as you climb to this home’s higher levels. Head to the bedrooms – there’s a neat bunk bedroom, a sporty twin and an elegant master – from each one you’ll catch glimpses of the leafy garden below. And the bathrooms are just as soothing, both are painted in pale tones and one has a charming claw-foot bathtub. When you’re looking for pursuits more active, Boerum Hill is lined with independent shops, and the neighbourhood parks are just a stroll away.
This home spans over three floors with no elevator. Guests enter on the first floor and will find the sitting room, kitchen, and second bathroom. The second sitting room and fitness room are located on the second floor. The bedrooms are located on the third floor.
This home has air-conditioning in the fitness room, kitchen and all bedrooms.
This home comfortably sleeps five adults, with an additional raised single bed in the bunk bedroom, a queen sofabed in the sitting room, and a queen airbed that can be made up upon request in the fitness room, bringing the maximum occupancy to ten.
While there are no wardrobes in the bedrooms, we will provide hanging rails for your stay.
This townhouse is home to three lovable, hypoallergenic dogs. While they won't be in residence during guest stays, this home may not be suitable for people with severe allergies.
Guests should note that the washer and dryer for this home are located in the unfinished basement.
The minimum stay length for this home is four nights.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
