This Mar Vista home is both stylish and inviting. You enter into a hallway, which leads straight to the open-plan living area. At one end of this white-painted, wood-floored room is a sitting area with a corner sofa, two teal armchairs and several colourful artworks. Just opposite, there’s a retro dining table, and at the other end of the room you’ll find the mosaic-tiled kitchen. Beyond its breakfast bar (set with four vivid yellow chairs), doors lead out to the garden, where there’s a heated pool, a hot tub, a barbeque and an outdoor dining area.
Next, a hallway to the right of the entrance takes you past a bathroom and along to the bedrooms. First up are the playful second and third bedrooms, and then last on the left there’s the master bedroom. It’s more subtly decorated, and has a marble ensuite and doors which open onto the garden.
One loveable wheaten (hypoallergenic) dog lives in this home. He won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with severe allergies.
This home has an open swimming pool accessible via the kitchen and master bedroom without a fence.
This home accepts babies and children, but does not accept toddlers.
There is ample, unrestricted street parking in front of this home.
The third bedroom has been updated with a double sized bed.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
