This Upper West Side home feels warm and welcoming. You enter straight into the sitting room – a white-painted, wood-floored room that’s made characterful by brimming bookshelves, bright cushions and rugs and an elaborately carved ornamental fireplace. Beyond its snug sofa and armchair you’ll find a hallway, which leads past a bathroom and along to an open-plan living area. As well as a picture-lined dining area (with a wooden table and an antique drinks cabinet) and a kitchen, this room has a little playroom corner. It also opens onto the garden, where there’s a shady table for two.
Next, a staircase winds up to the master bedroom. With exposed brickwork and glossy panelling (with a king-size bed), it’s an especially inviting space. The doors here take you through to an ensuite bathroom (compact, with a bath and an integrated shower) and the second and third bedrooms.
The master bedroom does not have a door. The second and third bedroom, which do have doors, sit directly off the master.
There is currently construction work taking place next door between 7am-4pm.

The bunk bed in the second bedroom will comfortably sleep one adult on the bottom single, and has room for a further one adult on the top bunk.
There is no dividing wall between the garden and the neighbour's garden.
The wifi speed in this home supports high usage for 3-4 users at a time. This includes basic functions plus more than one high-demand application running at the same time.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
