Take up your throne and let your cares tumble away in this gracious three-bedroom townhouse in the royal borough of Kensington and Chelsea. With its beautiful courtyard featuring a delightful fountain, you’ll want to dine outside every night of your stay. Especially if you’ve cooked something up in the sparkling, newly decorated kitchen. With sumptuous furnishings, and with the boutiques and restaurants of Kings Road just ten silk-slippered footsteps away, there couldn’t really be a more luxurious place to stay. You could get used to this.
Recline on the stunning, silk-covered sofas and indulge in a feast for the eyes. Crystal chandeliers, lots of mirrors and ornate gold fittings create a breathtaking opulence. The kitchen is quite something to behold, and once you’ve rustled up something delicious, you’ll be torn between dining at the elegant kitchen table and taking your creation outside to the charming courtyard.
Everyone who stays here will feel like royalty, with each bedroom served by an en-suite bathroom, brand new and gorgeous. There’s a spectacular roll-top bath in the master suite, just how we like it. The child’s bedroom is delightful, packed with a selection of toys to keep princes and princesses occupied.
The royal borough
You are right in the middle of Chelsea, the playground of the young, affluent and stylish. The bars are frequented by celebrities, the cafes by glamorous shoppers with tiny dogs and big handbags. Join in the strut along Kings Road and a little further to reach Knightsbridge for Harrods. If you need to escape the royal borough, it’s about 10 minutes by tube from Sloane Square to Oxford Circus.
There is currently work taking place on the interiors of the neighbouring property to this home. This is due to finish at the end of November and the noise disruption should be minimal.
This home is in the same building as the home Bywater Street II. If you book both of these homes, a connecting staircase can be opened between the two for your use of both properties.
The home has some art work containing nudity.
This is a well loved family home which shows some signs of wear and tear.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
