California Court is a three bedroom, three bathroom home in Venice. The pared-back décor shows a modern influence, with plenty of natural wood fittings and furniture. The kitchen has a long breakfast bar lined with rustic wooden stools. Opposite, glass doors reveal a row of sun loungers and a pool, just one of several peaceful outdoor spaces at this home. It’s a 20-minute walk to Venice Beach, where you can watch the rollerbladers, bodybuilders and bohemian locals enjoying the seafront. You can follow this sandy stretch up to the fusion restaurants of Santa Monica or down to the yachts of swanky Marina del Rey. What's more, you are just a 30 minute drive away from lively West Hollywood.
This home has an open swimming pool (with no fence) accessible via the sitting room and kitchen. There is, however, a pool cover.
There is parking for two cars in the driveway of the home off of the garage.
The homeowner's cleaner will visit on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 1 pm for 3 hours.
One loveable hypoallergenic dog lives at this home. They won't be around for your stay but this home may not be suitable for people with extreme allergies.
There is central air conditioning on the upper floor only. The lower floor features underfloor heating.
This home features filtered water throughout.
This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
