Cambridge Street is a spacious three bedroom, two bathroom home with beautiful views of Edinburgh Castle from the tall sash windows in the drawing room, office and dining/sitting room. The apartment has a traditional feel in keeping with its Georgian townhouse setting. There’s a mix of wooden flooring, cream carpets and Persian rugs, plus high ceilings and original cornicing. The elegant master bedroom has its own smart shower room and the main bathroom has just been redone. Located where the Old Town, New Town and the West End converge, Usher Hall, The Traverse Theatre and The Lyceum are on the doorstep. It’s a five-minute walk to the bustling shopping thoroughfare of Princes Street and the adjacent Princes Street Gardens, where you’ll be rewarded with incredible views over the Old Town. It’s around a 15-minute walk to the Scottish National Portrait Gallery on Queen Street and the Scottish National Gallery on Princes Street are only 10 minutes away. Every Saturday morning, there is a lively farmer’s market just below on Castle Terrace.
