Right at home
Tucked among the leafy streets of Holland Park, Campden Hill Road is an inviting family home. Stepping into the home, there’s a cosy sitting room with two comfy sofas and shelves filled with books. You’ll find the bathroom here too, with its mosaic-tiled feature wall. Heading downstairs, past a door to a peaceful patio garden, you’ll come to the kitchen – a contemporary spot with country-style touches, like the sky-blue oven, which will make you feel right at home. In the dining room opposite there’s a wood-topped dining table painted in teal tones, under a row of hanging lamps. Next, there’s an office space and the second bedroom, which has a single bed, an exposed brick wall and an ensuite bathroom.
The master bedroom is up on the first floor, with a wrought-iron king-size bed and a wall-mounted television. Down the hall, you’ll find the third bedroom, which has another wrought-iron bed (this time a single), and an eye-catching modern artwork hanging above it.
The home comes with a resident cat, and guests will be asked to feed it daily.
The second bedroom is on the lower ground floor.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
Some external noise from the road can be heard from the master bedroom.
Some noise from the pub on the street can be heard from inside the home. It's most noticeable during summer evenings until closing time.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
