Ideally positioned just five minutes from Upper Street, you will find a bountiful array of restaurants, designer boutiques, and cafes to browse to your heart’s content. Head a little further, and you’ll discover the famed Camden Passage, with its quirky selection of tea houses and antique shops selling all sorts of unique curios. We liked the fact that we were welcomed by a personal greeter who showed us around, explained the alarm system etc. This is much more personal than some rules and guidelines left on the table.

Home truths

  • This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

  • There are stairs up to the entrance of this home and no elevator.

  • This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.

  • There is no wardrobe in the master bedroom, however, there is ample flat storage in the chest of drawers and hooks on the wall. There is also a large wardrobe in the fourth bedroom next door that can be shared between the two rooms.

  • The wood burning stove in the sitting room is ornamental.

  • The homeowners' gardener may come during your stay. They will have a key to let themselves into the home to access the garden, however, you will be notified prior to their arrival.

Policies

  • Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here.

  • Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

  • I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

  • Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

  • Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
