Located on the first floor and spread over one level, this intimate home is ideal for a young family, couple or pair of friends. Featuring two bedrooms, one bathroom, a compact kitchen and a bright and airy living and dining area, this is a serene North London sanctuary. Taking inspiration from the leafy Hampstead environs, the two bedrooms feature bespoke headboards and striking wall-to-wall nature-inspired wallpaper. Just a few minutes’ walk from the leafy bounds of Hampstead Heath and the bustling shops and restaurants on Hampstead High Street, this lovely neighbourhood home gives you a true taste of local London life.

Home truths

  • This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

  • There is limited phone reception inside this home.

  • There are steps up to the entrance of this home and no elevator.

  • The homeowners' housekeeper will visit on Wednesdays at 12 pm for about half an hour.

  • There is a sofabed in the sitting room which can be set up for two. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

  • Although the bed in the second bedroom will sleep two comfortably, the room itself has limited space for two people and the bed can only be accessed from one side.

  • The fireplace in the sitting room is ornamental.

  • There is no television in this home.

  • This home is in the same building as the home Carlingford Road III. Please speak to our sales advisors for more information.

  • The homeowner lives in the apartment below this home.

  • There will scaffolding put up in this building for roof maintenance works starting 15th September and will last 2 weeks. Working hours will be Monday-Friday 9-5.


  • Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here.

  • Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

  • I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

  • Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

  • Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
