Step out of the city and into Douglass Street Townhouse II’s tranquil sitting room, where a smart grey sectional sofa tops a shag rug. The home’s cool-grey palette runs through to the dining room and kitchen. Here, you’ll find clever custom fixtures (like the hidden work desk), and a back door leads to the terrace. In the garden you’ll find the second sitting room, which has an inviting L-shaped sofa.
Climb the stairs from the ground floor to reach the second bedroom (with a queen-size bed) and another outdoor space. Next, there’s a bathroom, and the third bedroom (with a three-sleeper bunk bed) is on the other side of the hallway. Up again, the master bedroom has a queen-size bed, factory-style windows and a smart ensuite with a freestanding bath.
This home accepts babies and children over five years old, but does not accept toddlers.
The curtains in the second bedroom do not completely block out daylight.
There is no wardrobe in the third bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.
There is currently construction work taking place down the street weekdays between 9am-5pm, and possibly beginning earlier.
There is ongoing construction and yard work on the garden level of the home's backyard. The garden renovation is scheduled for completion in March, 2016.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
