Steps from Regents Park and Baker Street Underground Station, tucked away on a charming cobbled street, Chagford Street II is just as characterful within. Entering at street level, the second bedroom (with a king-size bed) is on the left, and left again you’ll come to the contemporary bathroom. Black walls and paired butterfly chairs stand out in the cinema room, downstairs, and on the right here, there’s a super king bed in the master bedroom, with a smart walk-in shower in the ensuite. Out through glass sliding doors is a patio garden – home to a large hot tub.
Up on the first floor are two more bedrooms, both with an ensuite and balcony. To the left, the third bedroom has a king-size bed and a skyscraper mural, and there’s another king-size bed in the fourth bedroom on the right. Eclectic furniture and angled skylights catch the eye in the open-plan living area (up again), which leads out to the terrace and up to a mezzanine second sitting room.
The homeowner's cleaner will visit on Thursday mornings between 10am and 2pm.
This home has air-conditioning in the sitting room and second sitting room.
The master bedroom and ensuite are the on the lower ground floor.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
