Chalcot Road III is a two bedroom, two bathroom home in Primrose Hill. White walls, wooden floorboards and understated framed prints appear throughout this home. The living room has a period fireplace, an L-shaped sofa and a dining table that seats four. From here, painted wooden doors fold back to reveal a compact kitchen with a breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a double bed, sheer drapes, a dressing table and an ensuite shower room. On the doorstep is affluent Primrose Hill, with its pristine homes and quietly classy boutiques. For late-night entertainment and live music try nearby Camden Town. Chalk Farm tube station is around eight minutes’ walk away.
This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.
Some noise from the surrounding pubs can be heard from inside the home. It's most noticeable during evenings at the weekend.
This home accepts babies and children, but does not accept toddlers.
The fireplace in this home is ornamental.
The TV in the master bedroom is a Smart TV and so will not show terrestrial channels.
This home has air-conditioning in the master bedroom only. We will place fans in the second bedroom between June and September, please let us know if you would like fans outside the Summer period.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
