The home is just a six-minute walk from Sloane Square station and South Kensington, Chelsea, and Westminster are a short journey away by tube or, if you don’t mind the walk, just 20-minutes by foot. This stylish abode is not afraid to play with colour - each room has its own personality and mood; from the sultry midnight blue tones of the sitting room and kitchen to the soothing, dusky pink hues of the stunning master bedroom. Everything feels fresh and modern, with many classical features dotted throughout. Home comforts and conveniences are in abundance, including an excellent entertainment system, high-tech appliances, and a dedicated office space for those who need to work while away. There’s a utility room on the ground floor, as well as a separate washing machine and dryer for the two bedrooms on the top level. Home truths

  • This home is spread over five floors with no internal elevator.

  • This home accepts babies and children, but does not accept toddlers.

  • There is a security camera located outside the home's entrance and internally in the garden.

  • Someone will come on behalf of the homeowner once per week to collect their mail. This will most likely be on Tuesday mornings and may not be every week. They have keys to let themselves in.

  • The home's entertainment system is powered by Apple, please have your Apple ID account handy.

  • The dining table in the dining room only has seating for six.

  • The beds in the third and fourth bedrooms on the top floor are US queen / UK king-sized beds.

Policies

  • Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here.

  • Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

  • I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

  • Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

  • Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
