Your hosts are regular travellers, but when at home in New York they relish the peace of their quiet neighbourhood. They spend their days exploring the shops, book stores and ice cream parlours of 7th Avenue.
Trade the hum of the streets for the hush of this home’s high ceilings, carved mouldings and cool marble. From the oversized paintings and bronze sunburst chandeliers to the sunny kitchen's black soapstone countertops, 7th Avenue Townhouse has a calming effect. And whether you’ve a pot of coffee or a book in hand, be sure to take some alone time out on the neat patio. When the sun dips, there are three elegant bedrooms beyond the sitting room from which to choose.
As a pied-à-terre, guests may find that this home is minimally furnished.
This home spans over four floors with no elevator. Guests enter on the second floor and will find the living room, kitchen, and dining room. The den, powder room, master bedroom and ensuite are located on the third floor. The queen bedroom, queen ensuite, twin bedroom, and bathroom are located on the fourth floor.
This home comfortably sleeps six adults, with an additional airbed that can be made up upon request in the den bringing the maximum occupancy to seven.
The twin bedroom can be made up as a king bed upon request.
While babies under one and children over five are very welcome, this home is not suitable for toddlers. Parents should note that this home is not childproof.
This home features a garden shared with the downstairs tenants.
Guests should note that the oven in this home cannot be used in conjunction with other electrical devices in the kitchen.
The minimum stay length for this home is four nights.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
