This magnificent townhouse in Harlem has been tastefully remodelled by the host. Stepping into the sitting room, you’re greeted by exposed brickwork framed by olive-green walls. Carved wooden armchairs and a stately leather sofa give the space a sophisticated feel. Straight ahead is a staircase – walk past it to the dining room with its ornately carved table and chairs, then to the kitchen beyond. Here you’ll find white-painted cabinets and a marble-topped breakfast bar lined with barstools.
Up on the second floor you’ll come to the second and third bedrooms (both with queen-size beds), one with an impressive four-poster bed frame – and a shared bathroom. The master bedroom spans the top floor, with a king-size bed and a huge walk-in wardrobe. Best of all is the splendid ensuite bathroom, which has a claw-foot bath, a pair of sinks and a glass-walled shower.
This townhouse spans over three floors with no elevator. Guests enter on the parlor level and will find the sitting room, dining room, kitchen and powder room. The two queen bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the second floor. The master bedroom, its ensuite and dressing room span the entire third floor.
This home does not have a television.
The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.
As a pied-à-terre, guests may find that the bedrooms in this home are minimally decorated.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
