Clover Street is a three bedroom, one bathroom home in Santa Monica. This home’s smartly designed rooms all have white walls and wide windows, many of which frame leafy views. It’s also full of lively accessories, like the rag rug in the master bedroom and the contemporary chandelier that illuminates the retro dining table. Outside, the tree-lined streets may seem sleepy, but you’re not far from all Santa Monica’s shops and eateries, as well as the cool boutiques and bars of nearby Venice. What’s more, it’s only around a 12-minute drive to this area’s incredible beach.
This home has central air conditioning in the main home and a portable air conditioner in the detached second sitting room.
This home is located near the Santa Monica Airport. Some air traffic can be heard from inside of the home.
There is one uncovered designated parking space and plenty of unrestricted street parking.
The third bedroom in the home has a trundle that can be made up for one additional person. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.
This home has Apple TV, Netflix, Smart TV features and a DVD player but does not have Cable.
The host's gardener visits twice a month on Thursdays and occasionally Saturdays. They have their own access and should not disturb you.
This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
