Harrison Terrace is a three bedroom, two bathroom home in Tribeca. This smart home reflects the neighborhood's vibrant atmosphere. You enter the open-plan living area – which has wide windows (each with a striking city view) and glossy wood floors and furnishings. At one end is the refined sitting area, which leads into a dining area. Then there’s the kitchen, with its slate-grey countertops and matching splashbacks. Next, heading upstairs, you’ll come to the bedrooms. On the left side of the hallway is the second bedroom, which neighbours the marble-tiled bathroom. And to the right is the master bedroom. It’s an especially elegant room with an arching window and a lavish ensuite. Above it, up the floating glass staircase, is the striking third bedroom with an architect-designed curved glass wall. From here, windows open onto the terrace, which overlooks the city’s rooftops.

Home truths

This home is on the second, third and fourth floors with no elevators. While all ages are welcome, please know that the space may not be suitable for young children.

There is no wardrobe in the third bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.

There is space for a double airbed in third bedroom if you need extra sleeping space for your stay. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

The mattresses in the home are made of memory foam.

The WiFi speed in this home supports high usage for 3-4 users at a time. This includes basic functions plus more than one high-demand application running at the same time. However, the speed in the kitchen is much slower than the rest of the house.

Some noise from the restaurant downstairs can be heard from inside the home.

Policies

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
