Description

There's no doubt that the owner of Dewhurst Road V is an interior designer. Consequently, the home is the perfect mix of traditional elegance with contemporary lines. The period features are elevated with modern elements, like Crittall doors and an ultra-sleek marble kitchen, while a riot of bold hues and patterns are revealed through carefully curated artwork, standout wallpaper, plush furnishings and cushions and throws. The ideal home for families, there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms spread over the top three floors, while the entrance level features a cosy sitting room and a gorgeous light-filled kitchen extension by architectural firm Carmody Groarke. Sleek sliding glass doors lead to a lovely terrace and garden with a barbecue. There is also a second sitting room filled with children's toys, books and games on the lower ground floor. A short 12-minute stroll from both Hammersmith and Shepherd's Bush stations, the home is close to the pubs and boutiques in Brook Green, while Holland Park, the Design Museum and the shops of Kensington High Street are also nearby.   • This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

  • This home is spread over five floors with no internal elevator.

  • One loveable dog lives at this home. He won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

  • There is no wardrobe in the second bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.

  • The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.

Policies

  • Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here.

  • Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

  • I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

  • Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

  • Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
