Drayton Gardens IX is a three bedroom, three bathroom home in Chelsea. As well as a sitting area furnished with plump-cushioned sofas and hung with charming artworks, this home’s classic sitting room has a dining area with an antique table for six. The master bedroom is richly decorated in warm colours, with a very generous ensuite bathroom. Within walking distance of King’s Road (a well-known shopping spot where you’ll find plenty of eateries too), you’re also close to South Kensington’s famous museums. The nearest tube station, Gloucester Road, is just an 11-minute walk away.
There are 7 steps up to the communal front door.
The fireplace in the home is ornamental.
Due to the size of the home, please note that the WiFi signal is weak in the master bedroom.
The beds in the second and third bedrooms can be made up either as king size double beds or split into twin beds. Please let us know when you book how you would like the beds prepared.
This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
