Part of a smart terrace, this Islington home is a sophisticated spot. You enter into a ground-floor hallway, where you’ll find the open-plan kitchen and dining room on the left. Pale-painted, wood-floored and poised, there’s an understated dining table for eight, and glass doors open onto the garden. Next, stairs lead down past a calm double bedroom to the lower ground floor, on which there’s a bathroom, and a sitting room with a vibrant raspberry-coloured linen sofa.

Then it’s up to the first floor, to find the home’s other sitting room. This soft-grey space is especially stylish, with its smart seating, eye-catching chandeliers and an ornamental fireplace. Up again, there’s a bathroom and a playfully decorated single bedroom. And finally, on the third floor, there’s the master bedroom, which has a super-king bed and a freestanding bath in the serene ensuite.

Home truths

This home is spread over seven floors with no internal elevator.

The sitting room fireplace is ornamental.

One loveable dog used to live at this home. He is not around anymore, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

There is a double sofabed in the sitting room which can be set up for two, and a single sofabed in the fourth bedroom which can be set up for one. Please let us know when you book if you would like them prepared.

There is a flat on the lower ground floor which is a separate residence from this home. It does not have access to the home.

This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

Policies

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
