Finely tuned This three bedroom, three bathroom home in Belgravia hits all the right notes. The sitting room is classically decorated in white and powder-blue, and is separated by an arch into two clusters of chairs and sofas, with an ornamental fireplace and piano at one end. The kitchen is also smart and with traditional touches (like the oven mantle) mixed with more modern innovations such as the central breakfast bar. There’s a trio of bedrooms, all with intricately patterned wallpaper. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom—the master ensuite has a decorative fireplace and a library ladder, and the third bedroom’s ensuite has hexagonal floor tiles and a pair of marble-clad showers. Lastly, there’s a wood-panelled dining room, and a circular dining table on the patio.

Home truths

  • Some noise from the nearby tube can be heard inside the kitchen and the master bedroom.

  • This is a much loved home and has unique creaks and quirks.

  • This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

  • Two lovable cats live at this home. They won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

  • There is a sofabed in the third bedroom which can be set up for one. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

  • The second bedroom is on the lower ground floor.

  • The fireplace in this home is ornamental.

  • This home is spread over five floors, with no internal elevator.

  • There is a parking space in a secured garage which the homeowner rents, available for an additional £45 per night. If you would like to have the space, please let us know when you book.

  • The homeowners' gardener will visit once a week to tend to the garden.

  • The window in the lower ground floor, twin bedroom is currently not in use.

  • There is a building site opposite this home where a former block of flats is being redeveloped. It is a major project taking place over several years and noise will be heard during the day inside the home and in the garden.


  • Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here.

  • Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

  • I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

  • Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

  • Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
