With Victoria and Chelsea so nearby, no one can stay neutral about a home like this.
Light is right
Your host is a Country Landowner with a home in Shropshire, bursting with antiques. When they bought this apartment, he and his wife outfitted it with a host of brand new furniture. Their tastes differ, and it’s resulted in a most happy harmony of old and new.
Peaches and cream
Eccleston Square is a lovely sight, and the good news is you’ll get an even better view of it from this home. The sitting room’s sash windows gaze right over the greenery, from which you can flump straight into the squashy grey sofa or vintage armchair. Sunlight washes over the pale walls and warms the honeyed wooden floorboards underfoot. Sip a saucerful of coffee, flick on the widescreen TV or, when dinner’s ready, make your way over to the chic, spotlit table. The kitchen is modern, monochrome and elegantly equipped.
You’ve a cool, cream bathroom as well as a bright, simple twin bedroom with the crispest linen and a witty lightbulb-style lamp. The master has a king bed, silvery dressing table and a modern ensuite full of White Company goodies and fluffy towels.
Of every stripe
All kinds of attraction lie within walking distance of this handy home. You’ve Sloane Square and the Royal Court Theatre, the restaurants and shops of the Kings Road and not to mention those famous department stores at Knightsbridge. Go for a stroll through Green Park, drink in a riverside tavern or pop over to the West End. The tube from Victoria to Oxford Circus takes a miniscule four minutes.
The communal areas leading to this home's entrance are well worn.
This home is on the second floor of a building with no elevator.
The single beds in the twin bedroom can be zipped together to make a king-size bed. Please let our reservations team know if you would like this to be set up for your stay.
Please note this home has a maximum booking length of 30 nights.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
