You don’t have to be standing on the roof terrace to feel Edge Street III’s freshness. At street level, the front door leads into the sitting room, where framed paintings hang above navy-blue armchairs and red-shaded lamps. A cream sofa sits opposite a floral ottoman, and there’s room for seven at the dining table, which has contemporary high-backed chairs. Next, you’ll come to the open-plan kitchen, which has an all-white colour scheme, brass cabinet handles and a sloping skylight above.
Head upstairs and you’ll find the second bedroom (which has a single bed) on the right. Next door, there’s a walk-in shower in the bathroom, and in the master bedroom at the end of the hallway, green curtains complement natural artwork and a teal headboard. The decked roof terrace – which has a square outdoor dining table and a view of Kensington’s rooftops – is one floor further up.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
One loveable cat lives at this home. He won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.
The homeowners' cleaner will visit on Wednesday at 9 am for 3 hours. She has a key to let herself into the home.
This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
