Primrose Hill may be full of famous faces, but Edis Street III chooses simplicity over celebrity. Entering into the sitting room, white walls set off clean lines and a neutral sofa, and across the pale floorboards, there are twin armchairs, a round coffee table and a wall-lined bookcase. The open-plan kitchen, down the stairs on the left, is equally clutter-free and refined. Six can sit at the contemporary dining table, and out through bi-folding doors, there’s a playhouse and flowerbeds on the garden’s decking.
Take the staircase up to the first floor and you’ll find the master bedroom straight ahead. A green accent armchair faces a super king bed and shelves of propped pictures, and there’s a roll-top bath and twin sinks in the ensuite. Up again, the third and fourth bedroom (both with single beds) share a mirrored ensuite. There’s one more neutral ensuite in the second bedroom with a double bed, up in the eaves.
There is no wardrobe in the third bedroom but there is hanging space in the en-suite closet.
There is a slide out bed in the third bedroom which can be set up for one person or two people. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.
The fireplace in this home is ornamental.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. From June - September we'll provide fans for the bedrooms. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
