This sleek four-bedroom retreat makes the perfect base for families or groups of friends, with all your home comforts wrapped up in one sumptuous and contemporary package. Less than a minute’s drive from the iconic Mulholland Scenic Overlook and the Fryman Canyon Park, you’ll have plenty of picturesque choices when it comes to getting out for your morning run. Or, if you feel like heading closer towards the city, both Beverly Hills and The Grove are just 15-minutes away. Laidback beach days can always be on the cards, too - you can reach the golden sands of Santa Monica in under half an hour at non-peak hours of the day. Within the home, a spacious open-plan design keeps the whole group together. At its heart is the main sitting room, with plush seating set around a traditional-style brick fireplace. You’ll also have the option of the second sitting room, a sleek lounge complete with a convenient bar area. The second bedroom is also on this floor, offering a queen-sized bed. Close by is the bright and breezy kitchen, opening out onto the home’s lush garden. A private oasis in the heart of the Hollywood Hills, here you’ll find a heated swimming pool, barbecue, fire pit, and plenty of comfy lounge spaces to make the most of LA’s gorgeous weather. Head upstairs to discover the gorgeous master bedroom, decorated in a chic monochrome colour palette and offering a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms are also located on this floor, the fourth being a particularly lovely choice for children who will adore the bunk beds and colourful decor. Policies

  • Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here.

  • Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

  • I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a $1,500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

  • Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

  • Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
