* The bedroom in this home does not have any curtains, but has blinds and shutters in place.
* There is a school above and beside this home. Noise can be heard for thirty minutes at the start of the day at 8AM, and at the end of the day at 3:30PM.
* This home accepts babies, but does not accept toddlers, children, or pets.
