East 92nd Townhouse is a home sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. Creamy pastel hues are enlivened with dashes of bonbon-bright colour, the décor both enchanting and eccentric– you’ll find a paper sailor dress folded out of a map, a neon-dipped wire light fixture and a miniature horse statuette among its many delights. Work up an appetite with a stroll along Museum Mile – Central Park is close enough for picnicking, or you might prefer the quiet of your private back patio.

East 92nd Street is all about the finishing touches. The graceful sitting room is a blend of the modern and the antique, pretty in shades of lemon-yellow and violet. A capiz chandelier and faux animal furs are particularly cosy, while the stylish dining room has a touch of the industrial, its brick wall framing a glossy white dining table with designer seating enough for eight. Each bedroom is perfectly appointed: you'll find a princess-carriage closet in one, a teacup-upholstered armchair in another, while the lofty fourth-floor single has a caramel leather punching bag and matching armchair.
This home spans over four floors with no elevator. Guests enter on the first floor and will find the dining room, kitchen, the powder room, and access to the garden. The living room is on the second floor. The master bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom are on the third floor. The double bedroom, an additional single bedroom, and a bathroom are located on the fourth floor.
While babies, toddlers, and children are very welcome, parents should note that this home is not childproof.
The WiFi signal is weak in rooms furthest from the router, and on the top floor in particular.
This home comfortably sleeps seven adults, with an additional air mattress that can be made up upon request in fourth bedroom bringing the maximum occupancy to eight.
Since the time the photos of this home were taken, the bed configuration shown in the images has changed. The single bed in the fourth floor queen bedroom has been replaced with a queen bed.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
