Este Road is a is unique, colourful and contemporary detached property. Entering through a small courtyard, this home benefits from off street secure parking. You enter the home into a large entrance hall, which leads straight into the sitting room, adorned with bright and colourful designers guild cushions and an Ibiza costa rug. Exposed Victorian brickwork frames the entrance and living room with a working fireplace set beautifully in the corner. To the left on passing a downstairs toilet and utility room you’ll come to a large bespoke kitchen-diner in grey, opening onto a walled decked and paved garden. There are skylights above a dining table with six white chairs, and in the garden there’s a gas and charcoal barbeque with rattan seating and a further area to set a table for alfresco dining.
Take the stairs ahead of the front door and you’ll find the master bedroom on your right. Up in the eaves, a freestanding bath faces the double bed, and there are more skylights above the ensuite’s walk-in shower. The bathroom – which has turquoise tiling – is down the hallway, and next door, there’s a bunk bed in the third bedroom. At the end of the hallway, the second bedroom has a double bed and a desk.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. From June - September we'll provide fans for the bedrooms. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
The bunk bed in the third bedroom will comfortably sleep one adult on the bottom single, and has room for a further one adult on the trundle bed and another on the top bunk.
There is one double sofabed as well as one single sofabed in the sitting room, which can both be set up. Please let us know when you book if you would either of them to be prepared.
This home home has a built in multi-room sonos stereo system.
There is off street parking available with this home. Please let us know if you would like to make use of the parking space, prior to booking.
The pull out shower attachment in the main bathroom is currently not for guest use.
This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
