It’s not just nearby Hampstead Heath that gives Eton Avenue III its natural atmosphere. The kitchen, to the left of the entrance, has a high ceiling, and there’s room for six round the wooden dining table, lit by a stained-glass bay window. To the right, the sitting room is contemporary and – thanks to flowers, potted ferns and floral cushions – leafy too. Out through French windows you’ll find the split-level garden, which has an outdoor dining table.
There’s a vintage king-size bed and an ensuite with two sinks in the master bedroom, which you can reach from the garden, or by heading down the main staircase and turning left. Next door, the third bedroom has a mirror above the double bed, and to the right you’ll find the cream-tiled bathroom. Also on the right, silvery lamps complement floral flourishes in the second bedroom (also with a double bed).
One loveable dog and one cat live at this home. They won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the lower ground floor.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
This home has a terrace which is not pictured. We'll be taking photographs soon.
This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
