And if you’re aspiring to join the first eleven, or just enjoy the thump of leather upon willow, you’re within walking distance of Lord’s, and the pitches of Regent’s Park. Inside, this home is refreshingly simple. White walls and large windows highlight modern furniture and original features, and best of all, it’s entirely free from clutter.
Your hosts are a family whose main home is in Canada. When in London they visit family and friends, often eating out in the glitzy restaurants of nearby Belsize Park.
Calling the register
Eton Avenue has everything you’d expect, a spacious open plan living space, a contemporary kitchen and two sunny bedrooms. Six can raise a toast of port, or perhaps a ginger beer at the table in the large bay window. Take a seat by the art deco fireplace, or head to the glossy kitchen to prepare a midnight feast. There are two bedrooms, the master, with its brand new ensuite, and a cute single, with a gleaming family bathroom. Tuck into the bread and butter sandwiches, then go to sleep on a sprinkling of crumbs upon our pure white sheets.
Belsize Park is the place for glamour, with its buzzy bars and chic cafes, or, if you fancy something a bit sweeter, head to Primrose Hill to meet A list mummies and daddies in the gorgeous independent shops. Hampstead Village mingles designer stores with artisan delis and coffee houses, while foodies will be drawn to Swiss Cottage’s farmers’ market. And if you fancy some japes in town, the tube from Swiss Cottage to Oxford Circus takes twelve minutes.

There is space to park one car on the shared driveway for this home.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
There are stairs up to the entrance of this home, and no elevator.
This home shows signs of wear and tear.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
