Over five storeys, this impressive townhouse combines grand architecture with hi-tech integration (think central Sonos, heating and air con, all controlled by mini iPads). You enter into a velvet-clad sitting room, where an adjoining balcony overlooks the back garden. From the entrance door there’s an office to your right, and up the stairs you'll find four bedrooms and a pair of bathrooms, one of them an ensuite to the second bedroom. The master bedroom is on the top floor, a gorgeous high-ceilinged room with an open ensuite – it has a cast iron claw-foot bath, skylights and heated floors, as well as a private dressing room.
Stairs from the sitting room lead down to the ground-floor level's hi-spec chef's kitchen and dining area, with seating for ten. Floor-to-ceiling French doors open to the back garden where there’s a custom table tennis dining table and a built-in gas-fired BBQ. There's one more bedroom and bathroom here, and on the lower ground floor is the second sitting room. There you'll find a media room to rival any we've seen – it has a wall-length bookshelf, wet bar and grey sofas in front of a 65-inch TV (one of six in the home).
The maximum number of sleeps in this home is eight, while the number of beds offer flexible sleeping arrangements.
The bedroom with the bunk beds currently has a king bed. It will be replaced by the bunk bed in September.
One loveable dog lives at this home. He won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.
Please note that weekly on Thursdays the gardener will visit the home for regular landscaping, and twice a year the HVAC engineer will visit to service the air conditioners.
The fireplaces in this home are purely decorative.
Located in the West Village, this townhouse is situated on the same block as a police station. Guests should note that all the windows are double-glazed, so street noise is at a minimum.
The single bedroom has been converted to an office since the time of the photo-shoot.
Please note there is a $3,000 security deposit which will be taken upon arrival.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
