Set on an idyllic street within a few blocks of the Hudson River Greenway, here you'll find joggers out for a morning run, and couples strolling hand in hand as the sun sets over the river. In the living room the inviting cushions topping the leather sofa seem ready to spring from their orderly arrangement, and there’s plenty of inspiring artworks adorning the pale walls. Tribeca's energetic centre is only a few blocks away – abuzz with voguish restaurants and pretty parks.

Budding youth

Your hosts have called Tribeca their home for five years now. They occupy their spare hours with pastimes including painting, reading, cycling, and exploring their neighbourhood with their young son.

The open-plan space is particularly airy, the cream and wood of the kitchen’s cabinets all the brighter for the glint of the inventively stacked wine bottles.

Tuck young ones into the adorable nursery – there are plenty of bedtime stories to choose from on the bookshelf wall. And you’ll find the master bedroom is aglow with charming antiques, the slightest splash of sage green sure to soothe after a day of discovery on Tribeca’s storied streets.

Home truths

This home is entirely child-proofed. Guest should note that certain windows won't open and that some doors and cabinets have safety latches.

Guests should note that the nursery is only accessible through the master bedroom.

This home comfortably sleeps two adults, with an additional crib that can sleep one baby.

While there is no wardrobe in the master bedroom, guests will be provided with a hanging rail for their use.

This home has air-conditioning in the master bedroom and games room only.

Policies

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
