Colourful and carefully curated, here you’ve much to marvel, from its primary pigments to its bold prints and exquisite antiques. And while the stadium’s close, this part of town has far more to offer than just football. So head down to Chelsea Harbour to toast your good fortune, or stroll along to the King’s Road, just two minutes from your door.

Your hostess works for Lotte Berk, while your host is in advertising. This apartment is their London pied-a-terre, and they spend much of their time in Hampshire with their two young children, a dog, chickens and a pair of lugubrious tortoises.

Though decidedly contemporary, you’ll spot a few original features – sash windows, the balcony’s wrought iron and the sitting room’s fireplace – in among the Scandi styling and blocks of colour. The red and white kitchen is dominated by a striking beer advert, your host’s first ever commission, the white subway tiles are grouted in scarlet, and the table is set with four Eames chairs.

The sitting room is all mustard, grey and blue, and the cloakroom’s extraordinary wallpaper is remarkable in monochrome. And by contrast, the master bedroom is placid in mint, with a comfortable double bed and a chic chaise longue.

Home truths

The fireplace in this home is ornamental.

There is no dishwasher in this home.

The stairways in this home do show signs of wear and tear.

The home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.

This home is located on a commercial street. The windows are double-glazed but some noise can still be heard from the front of the house.

This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.


Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
