This Prospect Heights home is traditional and refined. The front door opens into an entryway, where you’ll come first to a smart white bathroom. Next along, on the right, is the sitting room – a panelled room with a wood-and-marble ornamental fireplace, a sofa, a glass-topped coffee table and two teal armchairs. Past the sitting room is the dining room, with a dining table for five set beneath a vivid contemporary artwork. An open doorway here takes you into the kitchen with a marble breakfast bar, and then that opens onto a charming garden with space to dine.

Upstairs, the hallway leads straight to the grey-and-white second sitting room, which has a sofabed. That neighbours another bathroom, beyond which you’ll find both bedrooms. The second bedroom is simple, and the master bedroom has a button-back king-size bed and a few characterful vintage pieces.

Home truths

In the second sitting room, there is a sofabed which can be set up for two, and a crib which can also be set up. Additionally, there is a travel crib in the home and available for your stay. Please let us know when you book if you would like any of these prepared for you.

This home has air-conditioning in the sitting room, second sitting room, kitchen and all bedrooms.

During the summer months, the host's gardener will stop by the home on Mondays from 5-6pm, and Wednesdays & Fridays from 10am-11am to water the front and rear plants.

The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.

The wi-fi speed in this home supports high usage for 3-4 users at a time. This includes basic functions plus more than one high-demand application running at the same time.


Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
