* This home only has air-conditioning in the bedrooms and the gym. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
* This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator.
* The fireplace in this home is ornamental.
* The homeowner's gardener will visit on Wednesdays between 9 am - 10 am. She has a key and will let herself in.

DEPOSIT
Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
