Though the enticing buzz of the restaurants and boutique shops is quiet from this height, this is the heart of Noho – where the action is grand and the possibilities grander.

Up, up and away

There’s room for the whole family in this palatial pad, and plenty of personality to match. Contemporary, curious armchairs surround a towering, multi-tone hearth in the living room, while an eye-catching, industrial chandelier illuminates bold pink chairs in the adjacent dining area. Though there’s an airy, modern kitchen on the lower level, you might prefer to cook with a view of the clouds – there’s an outdoor grill and a luxurious Jacuzzi on the well-appointed roof terrace. And when your evening under the stars draws to a close, tuck the little ones into bed in the whimsical, animal-themed nursery, or the cool loft bedroom with its metal-framed twin beds.

Home truths

This home spans over three floors with no internal elevator. Guests enter on the sixth floor via the building elevator and will find the living room, kitchen, sofabed room, nursery, bunk bedroom, and bathroom. The master bedroom, ensuite, and terrace are located on the seventh floor. The roof deck is located on the eighth floor.

Since the onefinestay photoshoot, the bunk beds in the second bedroom has been replaced with a single bed and the crib has been replaced with a single bed as well. Additionally, the sitting room and living room have been updated with new, cosy furniture and decor. We will be taking new photos soon.

While there is no wardrobe in the master bedroom, we will provide a hanging rail for your use.

This apartment is home to one loveable cat. While it won't be in residence during your stay, this apartment may not be suitable for people with allergies.

While babies under one and children over six are very welcome, parents should note that this home is not suitable for toddlers.

Policies

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
