Description

Warm welcome Goldhurst Terrace III is a home to leave any guest impressed. With its stunning, skylit sitting room, we think you’ll be the toast of Hampstead. From cocktail parties on the patio to a Provençal rosé shared on the sofa, to that morning coffee with just the treetops for company, this home is your friend. The modern décor is a standing invitation to elegance, and you’ve four whole floors to meet and greet. Of course, you must make the acquaintance of London too – and Finchley Road station is one minute from your door. Social side Your hosts are forever entertaining guests. A languages schoolteacher and a film producer from Italy, they converted Goldhurst Terrace III from separate flats into the four-floor townhouse it is now. Their loves are for theatre, travel, and jogging through Hampstead Heath early each morning. Guest register The heart of this home lies at the very top, in its wonderfully social sitting room. With a window wall and vast skylights, you’ll be no stranger to sunshine – while both the sofas and walls are tinted the gorgeous blue of a midsummer sky. Choose a couch to sprawl on, or let the treetops tempt you onto the balcony. When afternoon slips into evening, you’ve a fireplace and a jazzy dining table, while the kitchen downstairs is chic in dark wood. Four can tuck in at the breakfast bar, or you can crash on another cushy sofa and admire the artwork. Books line the bright study, while the master is at once sweetly serene and marvellously cool. Sunlight glazes its wooden floor, while its high spec ensuite sits behind seriously swish glass doors. You’ve an elegant double with an ensuite shower room, a tasty TV room with a sofa bed, and a further modern shower room. People to see At Hampstead, you can expect your neighbours to be of the intellectual persuasion. Not only are the Freud and Keats museums nearby, but you’ll happen across tea rooms, bookshops and enlightened boutiques too. Go and ramble upon the Heath, or turn the other way and see the test match at Lord’s. And, should you wish to hobnob in the West End, you better get ready. The tube from Finchley Road to Bond Street only takes eight minutes.
