Inside this luxurious home, you’ll come first to the long sitting room, which has plenty of unusual ornaments, artwork-lined walls and a wet bar. Barn doors open into the colourful kitchen beyond, and downstairs, the second kitchen leads into the fourth bedroom (with a queen-size bed and an ensuite). There are two more bedrooms (both with queen-size beds) on the second floor – the third has an aeroplane model, the second has an ensuite and access to the terrace.

Also on this level is the bathroom and the contemporary office. Up again, the master bedroom takes up the entire third floor. A retro sitting area faces the king-size bed, and there’s a marble bath and rainforest shower in the open-plan ensuite. On the top floor, the second sitting room has a projector, surround-sound speakers, and at either end, a pair of terraces.

Home truths

There is a garage than has space for one car. If you wish to use this it can be made available upon request.

The home previously featured a swimming pool which is no longer functioning. While most of the pool is covered by the kitchen, part of it is still exposed with no protective barrier.

While all ages are welcome, this home may not be suitable for babies and toddlers.

The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.

There is no wardrobe in the fourth bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.

The mattress in the fourth bedroom is a futon mattress.

Some traffic noise can be heard from inside the bedrooms.

The curtains in the bedrooms do not completely block out daylight.

The wifi speed in this home supports high usage for 3-4 users at a time. This includes basic functions plus more than one high-demand application running at the same time.

Policies

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
