Large and wide-windowed, this Maida Vale home feels more like a Manhattan loft. Entering at street level, an industrial spiral staircase leads up to the second bedroom, which has blue-grey walls and a small double bed. The ensuite is all-white, and up another floor you’ll come to the open-plan living area. Shabby-chic pendants hang in the jet-black kitchen, and there are upholstered benches either side of the dining table. Beyond, a statement hanging chair stands out in the sitting room.
The bathroom is at one end of this floor, and at the other you’ll find the pared-back fourth bedroom, which has a projector. There’s a bunk bed and exposed brick wall in the third bedroom, while the master bedroom is up another staircase in the sitting room. A vintage double bed faces a freestanding bath and walk-in shower, and outside, there’s more dining space on the long communal terrace.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
There is a small double bed in the second bedroom. It can sleep two people, but is more comfortable for one.
The bunk bed in the third bedroom will comfortably sleep one adult on the bottom single, and has room for a further one adult on the top bunk.
This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
