Hillpark Drive is a three bedroom, three bathroom home in Greater Hollywood. With warm colours, elegantly understated furnishings and characterful ornaments this home is an inviting place. You’ll come first to the lower bedroom which is ensuite. On the floor above that there’s a toilet room, plus the open-plan living area – a cream-painted, wood-floored space with an exposed-brick wall. In one corner is the welcoming sitting area, where several snug seats are assembled around a zinc-and-leather chest. Beside that, a dining table for four sits beneath a striking chandelier, and at the other end of the room there’s the clean-cut kitchen. There are also doors which open onto a patio.
Up again, you’ll find the second bedroom – a cosy space with a wooden wall, a button-back queen-size bed and an ensuite. And on the right is the grey-and-cream master bedroom, also with a queen-size bed and an ensuite, with eye-catching soft furnishings and artworks.
This home has parking for one small car in the garage and space for one to two more cars in the community's communal parking spaces.
The main sitting room has a television with cable while the other TV's in the home have Smart TV features.

This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
