This 10,000 home features plenty of entertaining spaces both indoors and out. Upon entering, you are greeted by a gracious double-height room that is well-lit by walls of glass leading to one of the large, covered terraces. The great room opens to a formal dining room and a custom designed kitchen which is finished with sleek detailing, custom cabinetry, marble countertops, and top-of-the-line appliances. A living room can be found on the opposite side of the great room which has an additional fireplace and access to the outdoor patio. The junior master suite has direct access to the pool side terrace and features a sitting room and an opulent bathroom with an oversized tub, shower, and dual vanities.
The master suite is situated on the second level and features a balcony which captures spectacular views overlooking the reserve. Dual walk-in closets with custom cabinetry and an elegant bathroom with an oversized free-standing tub, dual vanities, and a large shower with privacy glass complete the master suite. An office and three additional guest suites; one which benefits from a balcony with reserve views, another furnished with bunk beds, can be found on the second level.
The fully-finished lower level hosts a state-of-the-art theatre with integrated movie and gaming capabilities, a personal gym with Pilates equipment, a wine cellar, and a recreational living room. Two additional guest bedrooms and a bathroom round out the lower level.
The outdoor living areas include a large patio which overlooks a 20' x 50' heated gunite pool and a regulation-sized Har-Tru sunken tennis court with custom stonework. A fully equipped pool house features a kitchenette, wet bar, bedroom, full bathroom, sitting room, and yoga area. Two outdoor showers and a grilling area with two top-of-the-line grills and refrigeration complete the outdoor amenities.
Nestled in the heart of Bridgehampton's horse country, the property is conveniently located for easy access; just 1 mile to Bridgehampton Village, 3.4 +/- miles to ocean beaches, and 5.5 miles to East Hampton airport.

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
